Information we collect

We collect account details such as your name, email address, phone number, profile image, order history, license assignments, support communications, and marketing preferences. We also record IP address, browser information, page visits, login method, login outcome, and approximate country.

How information is used

Information is used to create and secure accounts, process and verify orders, deliver license keys, prevent fraud and abuse, provide customer support, measure website performance, maintain audit records, and send requested transactional messages.

Payments and service providers

Payment processing is performed by enabled providers such as PayPal, PayMongo, or a selected manual QR provider. Payment credentials are handled by those providers. We may share the minimum order reference, amount, email, and status needed to complete and verify payment.

IP location and analytics

IP addresses are logged for visitor, order, and account-security records. When configured, MaxMind is used to resolve an approximate country from an IP address. Google Analytics may measure website traffic. These services may process identifiers and device information under their own privacy terms.

Google login

When you choose Google login, we receive your Google account identifier, verified email, display name, and optional profile image. We do not receive your Google password.

Email and marketing

Transactional messages may include verification codes, login codes, password reset links, order updates, and license delivery. Marketing email is optional and requires consent. You can change the preference in your account or use the unsubscribe link in a campaign.

Advertising and cookies

If Google AdSense is enabled, Google may use cookies or similar technologies to provide, measure, and protect advertising. Consent requirements may vary by country. You can manage browser cookies and applicable advertising choices through Google and your browser settings.

Retention and security

We retain records for order fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Expired authentication tokens are removed or invalidated. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but administrative access, hashed passwords, expiring tokens, and access logs are used to reduce risk.

Your choices and rights

You may update your profile and marketing preference, request account information, or ask for correction or deletion where applicable. Some purchase and security records may be retained when required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.
