Using the website
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the website only for lawful purchases. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you report unauthorized access promptly.
Products and compatibility
Products are digital software licenses, access rights, or related services. Review the product edition, region, device, system requirements, activation terms, and compatibility before ordering. Product images are illustrative and the written product description controls.
Prices and payments
Prices and checkout currency are shown before payment. PayMongo transactions may be converted to Philippine pesos using the current configured exchange rate. Payment processing is subject to the selected provider terms and availability.
Order review and acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. Orders may be held for payment verification, licensing review, fraud prevention, stock availability, or customer confirmation. Unpaid orders may be cancelled.
Digital delivery
Available license keys may be assigned automatically after confirmed payment. When inventory is being prepared, delivery may require additional review. Delivery status and assigned keys are available in the customer account and may also be sent by email.
Refunds and cancellations
Unpaid orders can be cancelled from the account when the cancellation control is available. Because license keys and downloads are digital, refund eligibility may be limited after a key has been disclosed, assigned, activated, or delivered. Contact support promptly for duplicate charges, incorrect products, or non-working keys.
License use
License keys are provided for the quantity and product ordered. You must follow the software publisher license terms. Resale, sharing, unauthorized duplication, chargeback abuse, or attempts to bypass activation restrictions are prohibited.
Account security
You are responsible for maintaining a secure password and protecting email or one-time login codes. We may suspend access, require verification, or cancel suspicious activity to protect customers and the store.
Service availability and liability
The website and external payment or software activation services may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order and excludes indirect or consequential loss.
